Party's Breaker - Legend

Introduction | Startup | Menus | Fighting Screen | Legend | Other | Characters | Credits

Below are the standard eight directions on a typical control pad:

u = up
ub = up+back
b = back
db = down+back
d = down
df = down+forward
f = forward
uf = up+forward

A "+" means that the two buttons on either side are pressed simultaneously (e.g., f+W means press forward and the Weak Attack button at the same time).

A = Weak Attack
B = Medium Attack
C = Strong Attack
D = Special
Z = Any Attack

Note: The above generally corresponds to buttons 0, 1, 2 and 3 (in order from Weak to Special) on a standard six-button control pad. Make sure to configure the buttons for your controller in the sub-menu KEY CONFIG.

qcf - quarter-circle forward (d, df, f)
qcb - quarter-circle back (d, db, b)
hcf - half-circle forward (b,db, d, df, f)
hcb - half-circle back (f, df, d, db, b)
dp - dragon punch (f, d, df)
rdp - reverse dragon punch (b, d, db)
(a) - an attack that can be done in the air
(A) - an attack that can ONLY be done in the air

Note: When you have one or more levels of power, performing a Hissatsu waza with the strong attack button (C) results in an EX version - this is basically a "super" version of a particular Hissatsu waza and will typically grant your character extra abilities, like invinicbility or hitting an opponent on the ground you wouldn't normally.
