Hinayama Rio
She is from To Heart. She isn't exactly well-off (read: poor), so she delivers papers to help her family out. She is also quite clumsy and has a younger brother named Ryota (the boy on the right of her stage who looks like he's about to cry).
Note - Rio's dash sometimes causes her to fall forward onto her face; this will hit if it's close enough. If you're lucky, you can even get this to happen while the startup of the round is going and dish out some pre-round damage and get one full bar!
