Tsukishima Ruriko
She is another classmate from Shizuku. Apparently, her brother is the villain of the game, and, being quite evil, he was intentionally messing with people's minds with his telepathic powers; this caused several of the characters like Kanako to go crazy during the course of that game.
Notes - Ruriko's dash is a teleport which she can do in the air continuously like Kotone. Also, notice that the Power Gauge now reads Denpa (Charge).
