Party's Breaker - Character Information

Peach Mizuki
The Card Captor Sakura parody comes to a head with Peach Mizuki. Mizuki is dressed up as Sakura, Aya is sporting the Tomoyo look (maybe she's part of the Acolytes of Tomoyo - they like to watch), and there's even a thing that looks like Kero-chan. As if that wasn't enough, her stage is modeled after a park in Card Captor Sakura and several of the characters from the series are in the background (details below). To top it all off, the BGM is a fusion of Kaze wa itsumo haru ichiban (a BGM in the Comic Party game) and Purachina (the 3rd Card Captor Sakura OP).
To unlock Peach, you need to first unlock Reiko '94 and then Suzuka. After that, you must win the game without continuing with each of the selectable characters (including Reiko '94 and Suzuka) with the difficulty set to Normal or higher. Then play the game with Mizuki with the difficulty set to Hard and defeat Peach the next time she challenges you without continuing or losing a round (the only problem is that it's random when she shows up).
Stage Name - Great King of the Park
General Tips - Peach has an air dash and a wide variety of attacks, but

Description / Notes |
Air Dash |
Blah. |
Propellor - f+B |
Peach uses her wand like a propellor; good if you want to add in some extra hits, but not too powerful. |
Downward Smash - d+C (A) |
She strikes down at her opponent from the air knocking the opponent to the ground. |
Hop then Smash- f,f+B |
A short hop followed by a downwards wand strike. A useful counter to a low attack. |
Jumping Swipe - f,f+C |
Blah. |
Mirror Card - qcb+Z |
Using the Mirror Card, Peach summons a ghost image of herself that performs attacks that vary, depending on the button used. In the A version, she does a standing A, then a jumping C. In the B version, she does a crouching A, then a crouching C. In the C version, she does a standing C, then a crouching B. It's also important to note that the range of the attacking image is greater as you go from A to C. While this attack has a slow start-up time, it's very useful to create a double team (especially if you can get it to appear behind the opponent) or set up for a combo. |
Hissatsu waza |
|
Fire Card - qcf+Z |
The typical fireball attack that goes along the ground. |
Sword Card - d,d+Z |
Hits an opponent from the ground up into the air then ends with a horizontal swipe. A decent anti-air move. |
Chou Hissatsu waza |
|
Wrath of Heaven - hcf+C |
Peach summons the magic of the ancients to smite her unworthy opponent. It has a relatively long startup time, but unlike Oshirisu the Dragon of the Heavens, the beams are concentrated where the opponent is located, and they hit very fast. Abunai! |
